Topeak Bike CoverJan 04, 2007
By Bike crazy We have a large high end bike collection. We keep them in the garage, covered and on racks. These covers were one of two solutions for keeping our bikes in perfect shape. (the other was to put large sheds inside our garage -- that did not work because of space). The covers fit the bikes well and are good quality. The bikes are a little difficult to put onto the racks with the covers on them but overall we are satisfied with these covers. We bought 8 covers and we use them all the time.

It works to protect my bike from the rainOct 14, 2007

I bought this cover to protect my bike from the rain, since it has to sit outside, and there's a lot of rain where I live. I've had the cover for 3 months now, and it works as expected. It's not easy to fold, but I can live with that.

Maybe - Maybe notSep 11, 2006

I was excited to receive my Topeak Bike Cover for my mountain bike. I unzipped the pouch and out the cover came.
I placed the cover over my bike and the first thing that I noticed is that this cover would be much better if it were just one to one and half inches longer. It is a tad too tight, and that makes it somehow difficult to have it in place with a reasonable investment of time and efforts. As you may imagine, removing it also was a bit too much for me. The advantage is that a gusty wind will not be enough to get the cover out of where it is supposed to be.
The big mess was when I wanted to fold it, and put the cover back in its pouch. That pouch reeeeeealy needs to be larger. It was an ordeal until I reached the point of actually having to pouch totally zipped up and the entire cover inside.
If you are the kind of guy willing to remove the cover, crunch it up in a ball, and throw it somewhere in your garage, then, you may want to consider this well made cover. On the other hand, if you are like me and try to fold it up neatly into its pouch, you are likely to spend some time in figuring out a way to do that, you are likely to spend even more time actually doing it, and it is also possible that you will say a few ugly words in the process.
Great cover that no one should regret having when it comes to protecting their bike; but no thanks, this is not for me. The guys that sold it to me through Amazon will get this cover back in a few days. I am not ready to aggravate myself because Topeak wanted to save a few cents in cutting corners.

Great cover. I had no problem getting it around my bike, and I found it really pretty easy to pack into it's bag. It's kind of similar to any stuff sack. If it was too easy to get in the bag I think it would be too bulky to take with me. I use this cover to keep my bike hidden and dry at my office. It works great. I'm glad to see all these cycle commuter friendly items out there. It helps us all reduce our carbon footprint and stay in shape.. At any rate, no more ranting... It's a great cover..

Good for the priceFeb 20, 2007

Does what it says it's supposed to do. Difficult (if not impossible) to store it in its built-in zippered pack (unless you want to spend a long time doing it).
