I got this in the hopes of getting my older triple setup to shift better, and I was not disappointed. Getting the position right was fairly foolproof, though it still took a while for my less-than-expert skills to get the limit screws dialed in perfectly.
Shifts quite reliably now.

So far there a small difference in upgrading from the 105 to Ultegra. The goal was to have all components on this bike be Ultegra, so in that regard there is sucess. It did come with all parts and pieces to work on different size tubes. Timely shipping is also a plus.
