Gets the job doneMay 05, 2012

This little tool gets the job done. It is a shame for the home mechanics that this is a must have for shimano cranksets, but this is the way it goes. There isn't much to say about this, if you need it, get it. There aren't any substitutes out there, so if you are reading this you are wasting your time...put it in your cart.

This tool does the only job its designed for perfectly. It does not allow you to overtighten the crank arm onto the shaft... which could easily happen with a wrench.
