Instructions were a bit confusing, but pretty easy to assemble. Fast shipping from this vendor as well. A+

I purchased this product through Amazon thinking it would come in Amazon packing because it wasn't as big as a bike. It arrived in original box and the person for whom it was intended as a Christmas present recieved it in original packae. Christmas surprize RUINED!!!!
I contact the company and basically they said, "Your tough luck!!" What a disappointment.

I'm no professional cyclist, but I live in an area where the weather doesn't always let me stay in shape. I wanted a bicycle trainer to prepare for the warm months when I can hopefully commute to work and use my bike much more often.
This trainer is just what I was looking for. It's extremely sturdy, has plenty of resistance, and attaches to my bike quickly and easily.
I'm not sure how a pro cyclist would rate this trainer, but for anyone looking for something a little better than the under $100 trainers, I would recommend this model.
