What bad can be found in MAXXIS bike tires-None that I could find!!
MAXXIS MIRRACLE-simply amazing!!
Great to see that MAXXIS is one of the FEW companies, who KNOWS what we really need!!
I recently installed 3 of these MAXXIS MIRACLE rubbers on a recumbent trike,
Replacing the so-called 100 p.s.i. "racing" tires that dry cracked in 3 months.
The bike rides smooth, more sure-footed on all terrain,
steering is greatly improved and laughs at whatever I might roll over!!
Some will undoubtedly COMPLAIN about the WEIGHT !!
Weather you know it or not, in the real world of BICYCLING,
Mass = durability.
Last thing (and WEAKEST) thing I want to worry about on a bike, is the TIRES!!
My experience has been, go with the lightest weight parts but don't hit no bumps.
When using thicker parts with a bit more mass, the durability greatly increases.
Then there's no worry about that chuck hole or curb.
Ever look closely at that road shoulder in bright sunlight? Yeah, it's loaded with glass, metal chips, screws, shreds of tire core wire, coins (mostly pennies), and sharp gravel.
Everything you could want in a bicycle tire-
Heavy/durable casing & sidewall
Thick, puncture resistant & well designed street /knob treads,
Accepts high air pressures (100+ p.s.i.),
Selectable WIDE widths,
Even the decal is durable-cleaners won't wipe it off!!!

Warning!!!
When MAXXIS says the size is (for example) 2.0-
You best believe, that tire is TWO INCHES WIDE!
So check your fork & rear stays in all positions to be sure
the tire will fit without rubbing.

I already had one of these on my front wheel, and it has held up very well, so when my old kenda kikzumbut blew in the back it was an easy choice. This is a very high quality tire, especially compared to the kenda.
