Nice for 15" laptop - but...Aug 19, 2008

I don't like the clips. It does not clip well to a Topeak babyseat rack (rack bars are not round). I had to break-off the spring-loaded part of clips to work, then shorten the shock-strap so that it would not fly off (which it did when I first tried it).
