Though the shipping was quite slow, I wasn't disappointed in the product. I used it 6 times in a matter of 10 minutes and it is still in perfect condition, used it on an old chain and a new one and worked fine. The only thing is because of it's small size it's kinda hard to turn it at first, so just put a towel or a rag over it and that should be easier, after that it's pretty easy. I haven't reconnected any links yet since I have a master link so I'm not sure how it would work.
Overall, great product
