This is a quality light that is great as a backup or if you feel like you need added visibility. I would not use it as a primary light unless you live somewhere that is very dark at night. I ride in the city of Chicago, so I prefer *major* visibility. This is great for stashing in your seat bag, or a pocket, so that you always have something on hand. It is also waterproof. I've used it for snorkeling in low light natural spring conditions (so my husband and I could see each other better). Note: it bungees onto arms, ankles, seat posts, etc.

I bought this product in order to get free shipping on my order. It has been one of the best items I have ordered in a long time. It's functionality is wonderful. I have the light strapped to the front of my bike as a safety light. It is exceptionally bright and turning it on & off is really easy. If you want to maximize the bang for your buck, this light is the way to go!

I ordered this light in white. It arrived in RED. I read a review of this same light in red and another reviewer said he received it in white.
As for quality, it seems okay. I'm going to use it for running or on my messenger bag. The elastic cord means it's easy to mount on many things and the cord is adjustable for different lengths.
Added: It just stopped working after a while. New batteries didn't help.
